Hicklin came out, repaired the tracks in 15 minutes. Then I decided to get a new door with opener. Love my Garaga door. Everyone was pleasant, efficient & professional. Thank you. Wish I had called you sooner. It's been a couple years now. Still very happy. Just saw a Hicklin commercial and thought I should write a review.

He was very courteous, polite and patient listening to me. He left it up to me on how I wanted to proceed, stressed that my satisfaction was what was important. I felt he meant it. We agreed to give it a few days and after giving it thought, felt it was not an issue that needed attention. Was very appreciative with his response, felt the customer service was excellent.
