Nowadays, 'Same day service' on repair seems to be a marketing "ploy" for many servicing companies, NOT Hicklin. Alex (the Technician on site) did a fantastic job of explaining and repair. Alex made me aware of other possible maintenance issues that would need to be addressed, gave me options and repaired same time. My first and only call will be to Hicklin Garage Doors from here on out!!

Eric was prompt fast courteous and done a very very good job and I will recommend hiklin door!!!!!
