We called Hicklin very early in the morning and they dispatched a service rep right away, who was there within a half hour. The service rep (Adam) was very professional, very helpful and had the door fixed within an hour allowing us to be on our way instead of waiting around. I can't thank Hicklin enough for the fantastic customer service. This is a company I will be referring to anyone I know that needs garage work done.

The serviceman showed up on time and did a wonderful repair job. The door needed a little extra attention and they were very efficient and kind in sending another technician out immediately and it only took him a minute to adjust the door to my preference and I am very very pleased with these folks!
