They said it would be a couple of days before they could fix it. I called Hicklin around 10:00 in the morning and the service done by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric, our repair person could not have been more friendly and professional. If we need anything related to garage doors I will be calling Hicklin.

Hicklin Door personnel were prompt and professional when it came to installing my garage doors. The doors are nice looking and I am pleased with the quality of the product.

I called at 630pm and a service technician went out of his way to show up (on his way to dinner) in his own vehicle to get the door opened and the car freed. The next morning, a service tech showed up to install two springs at 7am promptly. No after-hours charges were invoiced; just the cost of the part and repair service. This is a company that obviously went out of their way to help me out when I needed it the most. 100% recommend.

I had to plan another company to create the door than Hicklin Doors to install door in 1 day. Worked out great

He went right to work getting the old door out hardly any time passed and the new was up and he was asking if I wanted to see it function before he left it was so quiet the next door neighbor even commented on how quiet it now works. Wife says it looks pretty.

Had a great experience and would recommend to anyone and everyone.
