2021 finished talking with River an employee who came up to pick up debris from old doors taken out of my garage and replaced with one 18x7. He was so professional and cordial just as the other employees that were here last week. No, I'm not related to Bill, the gentleman who owns the company. I spent 32 years as a State Trooper assigned to Ames and will use Hicklin again.

Special shout-out to Delsin, one of their techs, who replaced the springs on my garage door today. He explained everything, was done in 30 minutes, lubricated everything and told me how to maintain my garage door. These peoole know what they're doing.

I was able to schedule the replacement on the same day. No games, no extras, just as quoted... and the installer called in advance and showed up 29 minutes early. NICE JOB! Loved the experience...
