Everything from the minute I called for them to come and see my garage door to the time Delsin showed up to replace the bottom seal, was as I was told it would be. Delsin arrived on time and texted me before arrival. He let me know he had to go get the part and would be back soon, texting me throughout the work (I was inside working), etc. We are relatively new to Des Moines, and now I know one terrific company. 2021 finished talking with River an employee who came up to pick up debris from old doors taken out of my garage and replaced with one 18x7. He was so professional and cordial just as the other employees that were here last week. No, I'm not related to Bill, the gentleman who owns the company. I spent 32 years as a State Trooper assigned to Ames and will use Hicklin again.
