For one they are extremely quick for service calls. The thing that I love the most about Hicklin is how patient, kind and thorough they are at explaining the problem and cost. This time I decided to order a new garage door because it was time, however, I never felt pressured to buy a new door. I was given all the info I needed to order the right door for me.

Good experience

Cody did a great job troubleshooting our existing (old) opener telling us it was probably the motherboard. A 15 year old opener was replaced with new Liftmaster and works great!

The morning of said appointment (10 am) I get a notice of cancellation. With having limited time off and have to request time off ahead. Just can't reschedule at a drop of a hat. Was informed the installer called in sick. So I guess this company only has one installer????

So when I had explained my situation to them they are rude in the response and wanted me to give access to my garage and house to a stranger? lol
