Spring broke Thursday afternoon. Had repair person here Friday morning. Explained options, fixed everything, including lubricating the door. Great work!

Our doors made our home look completely different from the past ones. The color really provided great contrast to our home.

Installer never went over the new opener. Was told to watch a youtube video in order to connect thru wifi. Upsold me but Was never told that the camera is only operational when the garage door is up,… Read more Installer never went over the new opener. Was told to watch a youtube video in order to connect thru wifi. Upsold me but Was never told that the camera is only operational when the garage door is up, had to find that in instruction book. Never showed me how to work the remote or set up the functions on the inside pad.(time etc). Was told it was only a 150 difference in price from the one we had originally purchased but it was 250. Inquired about new weather stripping but he never followed up.

Cody did an excellent job of keeping us informed of arrival time and explained everything thoroughly.
He has excellent customer service skills completed the job quickly.
