Spring broke Thursday afternoon. Had repair person here Friday morning. Explained options, fixed everything, including lubricating the door. Great work!

Was told to watch a youtube video in order to connect thru wifi. Upsold me but Was never told that the camera is only operational when the garage door is up, had to find that in instruction book. Never showed me how to work the remote or set up the functions on the inside pad.(time etc). Was told it was only a 150 difference in price from the one we had originally purchased but it was 250. Inquired about new weather stripping but he never followed up.
