I called Wednesday, September 4 and talk to Tasha. The customer service have the attitude problem I ever experienced in my entire dealing with business after I had this company to pay almost 1700 and then I get this kind of experience from them, I would recommend them.

We provided same-day emergency service on Saturday at no additional charge and promptly replaced your garage door the following Monday even though we already had a full installation schedule that day. We cannot accommodate your request to provide false information on your invoice so you can submit it to your insurance company due to legal and ethical standards. We called them late on a Saturday afternoon when the springs in our garage door broke and we could only open it manually. The had a tech here by 10:30 on Sunday morning to take a look at it. He looked… Read more We called them late on a Saturday afternoon when the springs in our garage door broke and we could only open it manually. The had a tech here by 10:30 on Sunday morning to take a look at it. He looked at it and was honest about not being able to get the parts needed to fix the door. He also took the time to explain to us the other options available. He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. They were very professional and honest and I would highly recommend them.
