He looked… Read more We called them late on a Saturday afternoon when the springs in our garage door broke and we could only open it manually. The had a tech here by 10:30 on Sunday morning to take a look at it. He looked at it and was honest about not being able to get the parts needed to fix the door. He also took the time to explain to us the other options available. He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. They were very professional and honest and I would highly recommend them.

From my untrained eye, I felt like the damage was a lot more extensive, so I assumed I’d be paying hundreds of dollars. I called Hicklin based on location and other reviews. They had a technician on site within an hour of me calling. River was tremendously friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward with his assessment and the associated prices. I am super satisfied with Hicklin.
