I did a quick search online for companies only to find those that I was familiar with had closed at 5:00 PM. In my continued search for a live human, I tripped across Hicklin's website, saw their normal business hours extend beyond 5:00 PM, and called them. I was pleased from the first point of contact when Jake answered the phone. At 8:17 AM this morning, Rob was knocking on my door to help solve the problem. By 9:00 AM my garage door was not only functional, but Hicklin made two adjustments to the original installation done by another company years ago. Customer service is everything. Hicklin is professional, know their industry, and provide timely service. Very impressive!

I needed a face to face as insurance wanted to know if it was repairable. Had the installation scheduled a few days later and installation was smooth. Highly recommend Heckling.

What a mild December day for an installation!
We are having difficulty programming one vehicle but will read more troubleshooting advice. It is probably on the vehicle side.

Adam and his assistant did a good job. There is one piece of the old track that stayed behind. I will dispose it next week. The color is a good match to our front door. Carol is happy with it.
