When I saw 3" door seal I figured ok, that will be great - it will seal the bottom of the door where the concrete is uneven. That means UNinstalled size. Installed it's maybe an inch, meaning it's not any better than what was already there.
The openers are not hung from a ceiling joist directly above - instead they are swinging and wobbling from a joist at least 16" away. Door left rattling in the wind.
