Nowadays, 'Same day service' on repair seems to be a marketing "ploy" for many servicing companies, NOT Hicklin. Alex (the Technician on site) did a fantastic job of explaining and repair. Alex made me aware of other possible maintenance issues that would need to be addressed, gave me options and repaired same time.
