For one they are extremely quick for service calls. The thing that I love the most about Hicklin is how patient, kind and thorough they are at explaining the problem and cost. Good experience

Cody did a great job troubleshooting our existing (old) opener telling us it was probably the motherboard. A 15 year old opener was replaced with new Liftmaster and works great!
