Any appointment I've scheduled they have been on time or called to come earlier. The men who have come have all been respectful, courteous & professionals.

For one they are extremely quick for service calls. The thing that I love the most about Hicklin is how patient, kind and thorough they are at explaining the problem and cost. This time I decided to order a new garage door because it was time, however, I never felt pressured to buy a new door. I was given all the info I needed to order the right door for me.
