(see the confusion) I o'k the new door and was told I would receive credit for what I paid that morning. I find new door on and parts left in garage along with nails all over driveway. They returned and picked up parts but left nails on driveway. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sorry to hear you were unhappy about the service we provided for you. The reason we recommended a new door after we attempted to repair your old door was fully explained to you at the time you authorized the installation of the new door. We prefer to repair doors if at all possible because a repair is generally less expensive than a new door. In your case we wanted to try and repair the door to save you money but after the repair was complete we noticed the repair was going to be a temporary fix to your problems and not a permanent solution. So instead of wasting your money on a repair that simply would not last we decided that the best way to handle the situation would be to offer you a refund on the repair and put the amount of money you spent on the repair towards the price of a new door. This way your money would not be wasted and you would not experience more issues in the near future. After explaining this to you we were given the authorization to proceed with the new door. As a further courtesy we installed your new door the very next day even though we were booked out for two weeks at the time. I apologize the nails were overlooked in your driveway. Our guys are trained to make certain that all parts are cleaned up after the job is complete. After speaking with the technician he informed me he simply did not see the nails and made an honest mistake.Couldnt be happier
