It was fantastic that they returned and we talked about the trim and decided to replace. Very flexible and great guys, just wish they would have cleaned up a bit more. Also, they mentioned they don't do calk. The cut the calk of my original trim, replaced it and it would have been nice to have them finish it off. I have to do it myself (not good at it) so I'll have to hire someone else to finish, just wish this extra little touch could have been done to wrap things up. Thanks for everything. Bill

However, when they informed me that everything was done, I noticed wires that were not fastened down or taped where they were spliced together! I pointed this out and they did a half ass job of taping the bare slicees and tacking down the loose wires!

I did a quick search online for companies only to find those that I was familiar with had closed at 5:00 PM. In my continued search for a live human, I tripped across Hicklin's website, saw their normal business hours extend beyond 5:00 PM, and called them. I was pleased from the first point of contact when Jake answered the phone. At 8:17 AM this morning, Rob was knocking on my door to help solve the problem. By 9:00 AM my garage door was not only functional, but Hicklin made two adjustments to the original installation done by another company years ago. Customer service is everything. Hicklin is professional, know their industry, and provide timely service. Very impressive!
