The price you were charged was given to you over the phone and approved by you before you booked the appointment. We charged you our standard service fee of $45.00 and the tune-up for the service we provided was $39.95. These prices are very competitive within our industry. The reason the service did not take very long is because the door we installed for you was only a couple years old and still in very good condition. If your door required further maintenance we would have addressed the issues for the same price. In your particular case nothing further was needed except for the major components needing lubricated.Could not have went better!
