Their Biggest concern was getting paid. You pay half the estimated price to schedule, then it takes at least as long as the promised weeks out install time and they come and do a good job, but leave a mess.
They expect to be paid the balance right then, but don't have a broom
Garaga is a nice product though. Hicklin was average good, but at least they came when others did not.

Nowadays, 'Same day service' on repair seems to be a marketing "ploy" for many servicing companies, NOT Hicklin. Alex (the Technician on site) did a fantastic job of explaining and repair. Alex made me aware of other possible maintenance issues that would need to be addressed, gave me options and repaired same time. My first and only call will be to Hicklin Garage Doors from here on out!!
